Influential Women Recognizes Isabel Varela As A Business Coach, Holistic Practitioner, And Global Speaker

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Founder and CEO of Repurpose Your Life™ Helps Women Leaders Build Sustainable Success Through Leadership, Nervous System Regulation, and Purpose-Driven Business Strategy

Isabel Varela is a business coach, holistic practitioner, and global speaker who has built a career at the intersection of leadership development, nervous system regulation, and sustainable business strategy. As the Founder and CEO of Repurpose Your Life™, she works with high-achieving women leaders, founders, and executive teams who are outwardly successful but internally overwhelmed. Based in New York City, Isabel has become known for helping clients rebuild both the internal and external structures of their lives so leadership, wellness, and business growth can work together instead of competing against one another.

Her approach combines executive coaching, somatic practices, emotional intelligence, and operational strategy, creating a model that prioritizes sustainable success over burnout. Through her work, Isabel encourages ambitious professionals to consider not only what they are building, but also whether the systems, habits, relationships, and internal capacity supporting that success are sustainable.

Over the course of nearly two decades, Isabel has built businesses across fashion, sustainability, consulting, coaching, and luxury retail while working with globally recognized brands including LVMH, Balmain, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Nordstrom. Her background spans master tailoring, operational systems design, sustainability consulting, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She has also worked with celebrity and entertainment clients connected to major events such as the Met Gala, Tony Awards, and MTV Video Music Awards.

Alongside her corporate and creative work, Isabel has spoken on more than 30 global stages, including Columbia University, New York University, and Bloomberg Philanthropies. Her insights have also been featured by CNN, Reuters, and other major media outlets, reflecting her growing influence in conversations surrounding leadership, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and personal transformation.

What sets Isabel apart is the deeply personal foundation behind her work. After experiencing severe burnout and rebuilding her life under intense financial and emotional pressure, including paying off more than $100,000 in debt while managing multiple ventures, she developed a philosophy rooted in resilience, regulation, and intentional leadership.

Today, she advocates for a more human-centered model of success, encouraging leaders to prioritize mental clarity, emotional capacity, and aligned systems alongside performance and profitability.

A Mission Rooted in Personal Experience
For Isabel, her work is deeply connected to her younger self and to the generations that will follow.

She would say she does what she does for her younger self, and that ties into the future children of the world and future generations. If they do not have to go through what she did, and if she can help in any way by giving them tools to build their businesses and live more purposeful lives, that is her mission.

She wants people to feel like they have enough tools to move forward. For Isabel, it is about helping others avoid the pain she experienced while empowering them with the resources they need to succeed.

That philosophy is reflected in the work she does with women leaders and entrepreneurs. Rather than focusing exclusively on external achievements, she encourages clients to examine the foundations beneath their success and create structures that allow them to grow without sacrificing their well-being.

Her own experiences have reinforced the importance of understanding both the ambition and the cost associated with entrepreneurship. Having navigated business ownership, financial pressure, burnout, and reinvention herself, Isabel brings a perspective that is both strategic and deeply personal.

The Question That Changed Her Direction
One of the most influential pieces of career advice Isabel ever received came from the CEO of Barney’s when she was living in Dallas and dreaming of moving to New York City to bring her fashion business there.

At the time, Isabel had already built her own fashion brand and had connected with the executive through SCORE. She only had 15 minutes to speak with him and arrived with three questions prepared about the fashion movement in New York.

But instead of simply answering her questions, he asked her a question that changed everything.

He asked, “So, you’re in Dallas. I can help you more if you’re here in New York, but what’s stopping you?”

The question held a mirror to Isabel. Her immediate realization was simple: “Oh, nothing.”

At that point, she was not married and did not have children. She recognized that the biggest obstacle was not an external circumstance—it was herself.

Six months later, Isabel moved to New York, secured a full-time job, moved her business, and began building the next chapter of her career.

The experience continues to influence the way she approaches both business and personal transformation. Sometimes, she believes, the most important step is recognizing that the thing holding someone back may not be the obstacle they believe it is.

Helping the Next Generation Build With Purpose
When asked what advice she would give young women entering her industry, Isabel emphasizes the importance of understanding both sides of owning a business.

She believes the most important thing is never losing sight of why someone is doing something. Entrepreneurs need to remain connected to their purpose while being crystal clear about what they want to accomplish and the solutions they want to offer.

For Isabel, purpose is not simply a motivational concept. It is a foundation for making decisions, communicating value, and determining whether a business is creating the impact its founder intended.

She encourages young women to stay connected to the reason behind their work and to clearly understand the value they are bringing to the world. By maintaining that clarity, entrepreneurs can navigate challenges without becoming disconnected from the mission that inspired them in the first place.

Building a More Human Future With AI
As technology continues to reshape business, Isabel sees one of the greatest opportunities in her field as the ethical use of artificial intelligence.

She believes AI can provide tremendous value, but she also believes there needs to be greater oversight, particularly as businesses and individuals determine how these technologies should be integrated into their work and lives.

Isabel is building what she describes as a hybrid business, operating both online and in person. She believes the rise of AI and increasingly digital lifestyles is simultaneously creating a desire for something more analog: real-world connection, community, and human interaction.

People have become increasingly connected through technology while, at the same time, often feeling more alone. Isabel sees an opportunity to respond to that paradox by combining technological efficiency with meaningful human connection.

As part of that vision, she is building toward a healing research center and looking to acquire land while continuing to leverage AI for systems, automation, and operational efficiency. The objective is not to allow technology to replace connection, but to use technology strategically to create more time and space for it.

For Isabel, this represents a powerful combination: using AI to streamline the things that can be automated while protecting and expanding the human experiences that cannot be replaced.

Integrity, Responsibility, and Sustainability
Integrity, responsibility, and sustainability are the values most important to Isabel in both her professional and personal life. She believes in showing up authentically, following through on commitments, and creating systems, relationships, and businesses capable of producing long-term impact without sacrificing well-being or ethics.

These values are reflected throughout her career and in the philosophy behind Repurpose Your Life™. Isabel’s work challenges the idea that success must come at the expense of health, relationships, or personal fulfillment.

Through private coaching, corporate wellness workshops, leadership retreats, and speaking engagements, Isabela continues to help women redefine achievement on their own terms. Her work encourages leaders to consider a broader definition of success—one that includes meaningful growth, creativity, purpose, connection, and the capacity to sustain what they build.

Ultimately, Isabel’s career represents a commitment to turning personal experience into practical tools for others. From fashion and sustainability to entrepreneurship, leadership, wellness, and emerging technology, she has continually evolved while maintaining a consistent focus on helping people move forward.

Her mission is straightforward: give people the tools they need to build businesses and lives that are purposeful, sustainable, and aligned with who they truly are. Through that work, Isabel Varela is creating a model of leadership that recognizes that meaningful success is not simply about how much someone can accomplish, but about what they are able to build, who they are able to help, and whether they can create lasting impact without losing themselves along the way.
